Pre-registration (including online and faxing the registration form) for the convention closed Friday, February 24.  You can register on-site without an additional charge beginning on Saturday, March 3, from 1:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. in Osceola AB.

Please remember to wear your badge at all times. Admission to all TCA Annual Convention sessions and social events is by official Annual Convention badge only.  Entrance will be denied to individuals not wearing badges.  Badges are not transferable and replacements cost $250.

 

Dress Code

All of the meetings will be business casual.  The Annual Awards Banquet on Tuesday, however, is always business attire, so be sure to bring a suit/dress.

 

Children at the Annual Convention

While TCA realizes that our conventions are in locations that are often ideal for family vacations, please note that no one under the age of 16 may attend our business meetings, social events, or exhibition.  All others must register to attend any portion of the convention.  TCA does not have any kidsâ?T programs.  The Gaylord Palms, however, does have such programs.  Please contact the hotel directly at (407) 586-2000 for more details.

Gaylord Palms' Parking Rates:  $12.00 per day for self-parking and $20.00 per day for valet parking, both with in/out privileges.

 

If you will be staying at another hotel and will need to park at the Gaylord Palms, just show your TCA convention badge and you will receive the same parking rates.

    Conference Registration

    Pass Name Description
    Associate Member Any entity involved in the sale of goods or services to the trucking industry. Members of the Truckload Carriers Association. Associate registrants 1-3 pay $900 per person and 4 and up pay $1,200 per person. Registrants can opt for an Enhanced or Standard pass. Enhanced includes one license for two years of access to recordings of the event's educational sessions, allowing registrants to revisit a panel discussion, watched a missed lecture, or update colleagues. Standard does not include access to the recordings.
    Associate Nonmember Any entity involved in the sale of goods or services to the trucking industry. Not members of the Truckload Carriers Association. Registrants can opt for an Enhanced or Standard pass.
